Another brutal day for President Obama's NCAA Tournament bracket. He was just 8-for-16 on the day and he would be pretty much eliminated from contention in most pools.Overall, Obama picked 19 of 32 first-round games correctly. In his defense, he probably hasn't had much time to follow hoops this season. We'll check back in at the end of the tournament to see how he did. At least his champion (North Carolina) is still alive.
