Welcome to Obama Fail Watch - a semi-daily link dump where we take a look at the latest trends in failed policies, wrong-headed ideas and Biden-esque gaffes. 1.) The US economy lost 85,000 more jobs in December. Real unemployment is stuck at 17.3%. Hope, change and all that jazz! [Wall Street Journal]

.) If you've heard about President Obama's C-SPAN failure, you already know that Obama's administration has failed to deliver on its promise of transparency. But did you know that the Obama administration has been fined by a federal district court for failing to disclose information related the dismissal of voter fraud charges against the New Black Panther Party? [The Heritage Foundation]

.) Meet David Remes, the original underwear terrorist. And he has links to the Obama administration. [Obama Fail Blog]

.) Remember President Obama's failed auto bailout of GM and Chrysler? Well, Ford didn't take bailout money and they saw December '09 sales increase 33% above December '08 levels. [Washington Post]

.) Senator John McCain is accusing Barack Obama of leading a "left-wing crusade" that will "bankrupt America." Nice to meet you, Senator McCain. Where have you been all our lives? [The Swamp]

.) MIT professor Jonathan Gruber has been one of the foremost economists touting the benefits of ObamaCare. Coincidentally, Gruber is also under contract with the Department of Health and Human Services - the same organization that is playing a 3-card monte trick to obscure the relationship of Kathleen Sebelius and Ezekiel Emanuel to new cost-saving measures designed to prevent access to mammograms and pap smears. [FoxNews]

.) President Obama has lifted a 22-year old statute that prevented AIDS patients from entering the US. Cloward and Piven, anyone? [FoxNews]

.) A federal judge has thrown out much of the evidence against a Gitmo detainee on the grounds his confessions were coerced. Eric Holder and David Remes must be thrilled at the news. [Lonely Conservative]
