Coincidentally, Gruber is also under contract with the Department of Health and Human Services - the same organization that is playing a 3-card monte trick to obscure the relationship of Kathleen Sebelius and Ezekiel Emanuel to new cost-saving measures designed to prevent access to mammograms and pap smears.
